The origins of our Logo
This is a lovely drawing by my daughter when she was only seven years of age (2009) and is her view of what a collection of collectibles on a Mantlepiece would look like. It's her Memoir of Yesteryears! Not bad for someone who wasn't born when most of the collectibles I sell were made!
Business InformationHistory/background
I sell almost everything that is in demand. I started selling seriously around 2008 and it has been a rewarding journey. I've met wonderful and friendly people through emails and occasionaly in person when they pick up their item.

Shipping information
I use Australia Post for their wonderful service and reliability.
Postage is a big turnoff with inline businesses like eBay and as a small trader, I am unable to do much except pass the costs of postage I pay back to the buyer. For many items, this sometimes means the postage seems high compared to the price of the actual item. I do however try relentlessly to keep costs of packaging to a minimum by using recycled materials and bulk buying packaging materials. I really ask you compare my postage costs with the Postage and Handling charges you incur buying from other large, well funded organisations online and via mail order and I think you'll be surprised how well I would compare. The other thing is I don't secretly embed postage in the price of the item like some other businesses, so if the postage seems high, I am being transparent, not crooked.
I don't charge anything if you want to pick up your item personally and if you're not happy with it, you don't have to take it.
Return policy
I have a Client First policy. If something is not right and you want to return it, I will always refund your money 100% of the time, no questions asked as long as you return the item to me.

Unreasonable Feedback
This is a very small business, surviving only because of my reputation for being trustworthy, fair to the client and offering great items at a good price. I value all feedback and I will always deal with fair criticism in a way that benefits you because I want you to be happy and deal with me again. I have noticed a minority of (mainly newer) eBay buyers that will leave what I consider harsh feedback commentary or ratings without even giving me a chance to resolve it for them (most likely in their favour).
This is most unreasonable because I don't get the chance to explain or fix the issue which upset the buyer and my seller ratings are badly impacted which DIRECTLY affects my reputation and the willingness of other buyers to deal with me.
I will block from further dealing anyone who operates in such an unfair manner or who makes statements which I can prove are manifestly false. I deal with all clients in a fair and honest manner and only ask the same in return.
Why we use Registered Postage for Fragile items?
We always take enormous care in packing your item, we cannot afford for you to receive it damaged. Australia Post is good and reliable but I have seen on at least several occasions where contractors employed by Aust Post have handled fragile items very roughly (once I saw one kick a parcel into his van). I've experienced around a 6% loss rate this way for all parcels sent (which may seem low, but is a real financial loss to me and a disappointment to you who only wants to see the item you've ordered arrive intact).
Registered Post on the other hand offers some insurance coverage in Australia and seems to be handled differently within Australia Post and I've never had an item arrive broken using this method (touch wood). The extra cost I charge is not loaded and is what Aust Post charges me (around $2.80).
