I was in Radio for over 20 years as an announcer under my maiden name Anne Oliver. I discovered ebay and started selling online. I had a vision I wanted to realize of retiring by the age of 50. I retired 2 yrs ago at age 46 (YEAH!!)

Anything I can get a great deal on to sell. My passion is Antiques. My grandmother is an antique dealer in North Carolina (she's in her 90's now!). My mother also owned an antique store for many years.

Things I collect

Where do I start... The first thing I ever collected was antique lanterns. It just snowballed from there. I LOVE Antiques and primitives. Every item in mine and Rick's home has a story to tell. MOST of the antiques we sell are items that we have in our own home. So when I find another...I know there's someone out there just like me who will want one in their home....Rick and I collected antiques for YEARS so I have one of Almost everything we come across. LOL

Favorite Movies

Lord of the rings, Anything Western with Sam Shepherd, Anything PERIOD with Matthew McConaughey (sigh.....yeah...I KNOW I'm too old but WOW), Lonesome Dove, All action movies, LOVE comedies, and a TOTAL sap for anything FEEL GOOD, i.e. Hallmark type movies.

Favorite Music/Bands

Being in radio for 20 years I've been fortunate to discover a love for MANY formats because I did so many of them. Pop, ROCK, Country, Big Band, Swing, Blues, Jazz You name it! The only kind of music I DON'T enjoy is Head Banging.

Favorite TV Shows

Survivor, Big Brother, Amazing Race (that's it for reality shows), LOVE the discovery channel (Deadliest Catch...Out of the Wild...etc), Animal Channel (dog whisperer etc), Hallmark channel (Rick just rolls his eyes when I watch reruns of Touched by an angel and Little house on the prarie...LOL), HGTV (House Hunters and all the remodelig shows give GREAT insight into designs currently coming in and out of style). I'm probably one of the FEW people you'll find who has a tv mounted INSIDE her computer armoire! But as much time as I spend in front of this computer it keeps me company!
