Hi, everyone! I am a RETIRED elementary school teacher. (Most years in 3rd grade) Loved every minute of it BUT change was inevitable. Ebay shopping was something I did on weekends and was lots of fun so.... You know the rest of the story.

My selling is a mishmosh! I sell things I've tired of, things I've outgrown, my daughter's and husband's unused items, etc. My hubby jokes if he lays something in the wrong place it's going on EBAY. HEEHEE That's pretty close to the truth! Time for cleaning out my cluttered world. I also shop and look for bargains which is a lot of fun for me since shopping time was limited when I taught school. Old dishes are a passion of mine. Love the history! Anyway, always lots of treasures in my listings. Hope you'll find something you can enjoy!

Gifts for others are usually what I am buying on Ebay. Perfume, chi blow driers and books were holiday buys.

Old dishes are a love of mine, ballerinas and fish as well. What a combination, huh? The dishes remind me of my grandparents, the dancers are part of my past. I danced through college and taught dancing when I first married. As for the fish, my new sunroom is beautifully decorated with hand carved fish and outdoors my pool area has more playful, colorful ones. They make me smile.

Barefoot in the Park - I used to love Jane Fonda in this movie. I thought she was hilarious. As I've aged, I now love the mother's role. She is such a hoot! If you need a laugh you should rent this movie. 2nd runner up would be City Slickers. Makes me want to go on a cattle drive.

Faith and Tim - My husband and I can karaoke their first duo like there's no tomorrow. LOL Seriously, we got a standing ovation on a recent cruise after we sang. I felt like a real celebrity. Maybe I should rethink my new career. HA!!!

I love going to a hibachi grill with my family. New Iberia is about to get this and I am so excited. No more kitchen for me!

I was a country girl that moved to cajun land early in my marriage. Graduated from USL and taught at my neighborhood's elementary school. Have a great husband, beautiful daughter, and 3 frisky Boston Terriers. I retired after teaching 23.4 years. After having some medical problems decided to leave and EBAY!! God has been so good to me!
