I own and operate an Antique Mall, where I sell Antiques, Collectibles, and Vintage items. I also rent booths to other dealers to sell their goods. I have twenty one dealers, each of which has there own niche. I am a grandmother,and have many pets.

History/background
I've done so many things in my life, it's a long list. Waitress, Bartender,Restaurant Manager, Army, Real Estate, Corporate, Selling, Garden Center Owner, Employee Placement, Antique Mall.

Payment policy
As you nay or may not know you can no longer pay with paper. You can use e checks through PayPal, or a Credit Card, as well as PayPal. If you use a credit card through PayPal, I require that you have a confirmed address. This is for your protection as well as mine. Without a confirmed address, I have no way of knowing if someone else may have access to your card, and that could result in a Charge back. I will accept it without confirmation if you furnish a phone number so I can contact you to be sure you're the person that made the purchase. I can process your payment through my physical store, using my merchant account also.

Shipping information
I try very hard to make everyone understand about shipping costs, and yet I still get some not so great marks in that area. First off, the PO increased the cost of shipping last year by requiring the size of the box you are shipping. This increased the cost a lot for the type of items I sell. I use UPS more now as it's less expensive, however UPS increased their costs in January. I sometimes use DHL if it's cheaper. Remember I also have to pay to have a pick-up done by these services. I weigh my items and include box and packing materials in the weight. I ship fragile items, so I take great care in packing and sometimes spend a long time doing this. I also buy a lot of packing materials to assure safe shipping. I charge a handling charge to cover materials and time and gas. I sometimes charge more if it's a large package. I try to use good and plentiful packing materials, so your package hopefully will arrive at your door, intact.

Return policy
My return policy is very clear in my listing description. I encourage everybody to peruse it prior to buying, so there are no misunderstandings. As you know I sell items from my store. In my store I sell everything as is. Everyone in my business does. I try my best to always describe everything as it is, and let you know of any flaws. Sometimes I miss something. It's not intentional, and if I see it before I ship I let the customer know. In my store I don't accept returns on anything. I will here, but only if it isn't as described. That doesn't mean a little spot I missed or a mark on something, it means if the item isn't what I said it is. If I tell you I'm selling you a Roseville and send you a Hull, is an example of not as described. If I tell you it's an antique and it's only thirty years old, I lied and misrepresented what I'm selling. That's what significantly not as described means.

More About Me and My Store
If you go to www.knightstownonline.com you can see my store. It will be under Antique Malls and should be on the front page. There are three in my town, and we are all on there. My store has changed a lot since the pictures were taken. We did have dealers that sold new items, but they are no longer there. We now have a store that may have a few new items scattered here and there, but the store is 98% made up of Antiques, Vintage and Collectibles now. I have pictures of many of the items in my store, so if you ever want to see them I will be happy to email them to you. I'm a serious business owner, not someone that's here to scam anyone. You can trust that I will deal with you honestly and fairly.

Feedback
I've always believed that any buyer deserves Positive Feedback as long as they pay. I used to leave feedback as soon as someone paid me, but I found that most people didn't leave feedback for me. Then I tried it the other way and that doesn't work much better. At this point I have about 40 absent feedbacks. I don't know what that tells me, because I didn't get any complaints from the buyers. I will make this clear though I will not give anybody a Negative Feedback to retaliate, for bad feedback from them. If you paid within my terms you get Positive. I would like to say that if anybody has a problem though, if they contact me, I will do my best to fix it. Since feedback can't be fixed, never give negative or neutral feedback until you've talked to me. I'm easy to deal with, as long as it's a reasonable complaint. I wish it wasn't such a crucial thing on eBay, but since it can effect my bottom line, it is. I believe strongly in good customer service, so talk to me.
