My wife and I started an eBay consignment business in April of 2004. We list items that belong to other residents of Concord, Massachusetts and adjacent towns. As a result, we offer quite an eclectic set of items, ranging from fine porcelain, cut crystal, musical instruments, and sterling silver, all the way to antiques and collectables. We try to be as accurate as possible in our listings. We research the item thoroughly and describe it as well as we can. Whenever we find a defect, we describe it and photograph it so that you know exactly how the item varies from an excellent condition. We want you to have confidence in our listings. We are happy to answer questions about our offerings and will provide additional photos if you request.

Buyers can pay with PayPal. If that is a problem, contact me and perhaps we can come up with an alternative. For local pickup, please contact me for appropriate payment options.

We are very careful in our packing and shipping. You will see in our feedback notes that our clients are happy with the careful packing. We often ship the same day that payment is received if payment arrives before the postman, or at worst, the next day, again as the feedback will attest. We use PayPal labeling for shipments. The label includes a bar code for the address enabling the post office to use a scanner to determine the destination, instead of a human being. What this means is that it is almost impossible to ship to an incorrect address! We haven’t lost a package in over 2,500 shipments. We email a notice to you when we ship so you know it is on the way!

We only charge the actual Post Office fee for your package. We do not charge for handling or packing materials. We cover those costs ourselves. This results in a lower cost for you and the maximum return for our consignment clients.!
