Designer Athletic was founded in the fall of 2003 as a way to take advantage of the Ebay marketplace and internet environment. We achieved Titanium Powerseller status on Ebay within 3 months. Two publications, The Ebay Millionaire and Ebay Strategies have featured Designer Athletic in their respective pages. Sales have quickly grown at a rate of over 100% each year. We stock name brand footwear and designer fashions that are guaranteed authentic. The brands include Nike, Adidas, Asics, Kenneth Cole, Timberland, and Puma just to name a few.
What makes Designer Athletic unique from many of our online competitors is the fact that we stock all of the shoes we sell along with the outstanding customer service we provide. We carry over 50,000 pairs of shoes at all times with our selection changing weekly. When you order an item from us you are assured the item will ship the next business day and will arrive to you well packed and quickly.
Payment policy
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and money orders.
Shipping information
Orders are processed in the order which they are received by our shipping department. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Usually your order is shipped the next business day after we receive payment, but will always be processed within 2 business days.
We have choosen Fedex as our shipping carrier due to their high quality and reliable service. Domestic ground shipping for shoes is $10.95 for the first item and $5.95 for each additional item. Express upgrades are available.
We ship to most countries in the world and have a full list of available countries in our listings. International customers will receive their package by Fedex International Priority and the cost is $35 for the first item and $10 for each additional item.
Return policy
We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unworn, new items purchased. Returns must come with their original box. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days.
