Shipping information
All larger items are sent out through FedEx Ground, No exceptions. All small items are sent out through U.S.P.S. Mail. All Video tapes, books, records, CDs, DVDs and magazines are sent out U.S.P.S. Media Mail.
Insurance: Shipping Insurance will be Required for all packages that have been sold for over $50.00. For all items that have been sold for under $50.00 shipping insurance will be Optional. If Optional insurance is not paid for we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods. No Exceptions!
All emails are also answered on Monday, Wednesday & Friday Only! Please Contact us Through Via eBay message system for International, Hawaii, Alaska, and Porto Rico Shipping quotes. Shipping and Handling charges are stated on auction page. We will not ship to APO addresses.
Return policy
We do our best to make sure that you're happy with the item you receive. All items sold are pre-owned unless otherwise mentioned. We do not accept returns unless item is damaged during shipment, we must be notified about your damaged item within 48 hours from your delivery date or your return will be void
Damaged Items: All items being sold are insured by, either Fedex or USPS Mail. If your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery date. You will then be E-mailed instructions on how to go about helping us file an insurance claim on your end. Please save original box and all packing materials. If you fail to follow our instructions on how to file an insurance claim your refund/return will be VOID. Please follow all instructions given.
