I have a Paypal account & I will happily accept Paypal payments, this seems to be the only way to accept payment on Ebay now. I prefer a more traditional form of payment, but I dare not say since Ebay has penalized me for merely suggesting it in the past.

I ship using USPS 1st Class or Priority, depending on cost & time frame. In most cases I will add delivery confirmation. If you need insurance you must request it & pay the fee. I offer discounted shipping for multiple items shipped in the same package. I ship at least once a week, often times more, but please allow me up to (7) days to get your order in the mail, depending on when it was ordered & my weekly shipping day. For instance, if my normal day to ship is Wednesday & you complete your payment on Thursday you would have a longer wait then if you had paid on Tuesday. (7) days is the worst case scenario, most orders ship in 2-3 days. I try to pack items well so your order arrives in perfect condition. I usually will add a little something extra, a bonus or suprise gift in the theme of your purchase, so look carefully in your package prior to disposal or recycling.

I can not offer refunds or exchanges on cds/dvds, music, coin, precious metals or collectibles, so all sales are final in those categories. I will offer an exchange or refund (less s/h) on jewelry or crafts if the item is not as described & I am contacted within (3) days of receipt. Buyer to pay return s/h on any returns/exchanges. If I am not contacted prior to the return it will delay your compensation. I want you to be happy so please allow me to rectify any problem you may have with your order prior to filing any complaints with Paypal or Etsy, as well as prior to posting any negative remarks in feedback. If there is an issue with your order I would like to think through reasonable communication we can come to a fair resolution.
