Paypal US funds only (with paypal you can use your credit cards or transfer money instantly from your bank account). Buyer may also pay with a money order, cash or cashiers check if item can be picked up or delivered personally. Additional forms of payment, like credit cards over the phone etc, would be considered in the future if I get a lot of requests for it. Most of the time, I ship everyday there is postal service (Monday to Saturday except when I'm sick, during holidays or if the USPS would continue with their proposal to cut the service days from 6 days a week to 5). I do combine shipping (at least $2 off every additional shipping), and if necessary, customers may request additional shipping options - just contact seller before bidding ends.Free domestic shipping on orders $199 or more. Domestic orders are usually shipped within 1 business day upon receipt of payment. International orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Heavier shipments (4 lbs or more) are usually shipped via FedEx ground or UPS - they cannot ship to a P.O. Box. I guarantee most of the products I sell (unless otherwise noted in the listing).Bulk/wholesale lots are excluded from the guarantee if smaller items are available (for example, don't buy the XL 500g whitening cream, use it all up then try to return it - there are smaller sizes which you can try first, like the 10g or 25g) You may return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a store credit less shipping, handling, eBay & paypal fees. If item is returned more than 30 days after the end of listing or date of purchase (not the date of payment, which can sometimes be weeks after the purchase), a 10% fee would be assessed. Buyer is responsible for shipping returns. If return is caused by seller's error, 100% refund will be given, including shipping. Seller is not responsible for lost, mishandled or misdirected mail.

Please email me through ebay email ('ask seller a question' link on every page). I check email 1-3 times a day most of the time. I send business cards with every order so customers can contact me even after the transaction has been completed. Due to privacy & security reasons, I would not post my phone number

I leave feedback as soon as the buyer leaves it, assuring that the transaction was very satisfactory to the buyer. Some buyers don't want me to leave feedback so I wait for them to let me know it's ok to leave feedback. Should the buyer think that there's any reason I deserve anything other than positive feedback, please contact me first so I could make it right - 100% customer satisfaction is my goal. Customers who leave neutral or negative feedback without letting me correct the situation are blocked. If you create another user name to buy from my store to bypass the block, I would also block that user name.
