All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Hi everyone, I'm trying to get my life and store together. Thank you for your patience and understanding with the missing and damaged items. I've been able to bring a few guitars home. It's extremely therapeutic for my damaged nerves. Have fun, Krash

Shipping information
I usually ship the same day if the transaction is complete by 12:00 or the next day. I package everything to the best of my ability. If you ask someone who has bought from me, they may say I pack items too securely. I also include my return address taped to every item. This gives a better chance of receiving the item. When you really love the item, financial reimbursement is just not the same.
Return policy
I always refund or trade for similarly priced item if you feel the item was misrepresented. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I do not refund shipping cost. If the item is damaged and unisured, it is not my responsibility. I pay the shipping and insurance on many items, generally $100.00 and above on smaller items. I do not ship to countries where importation is banned, such as lighters to Italy. If you still want the item, it will be at your own risk. I will not lie about the contents of a package so please do not ask me to say the item is a gift, something it is not or a different value. Also, if I refer to an item as gold and do not mention purity, that refers to the color. If I refer to an item as silver and do not mention purity, that refers to the color. Sterling silver is .925 pure. Continental silver is .800 pure. Weights given do not count non-precious parts such as lighter inserts. I hope this helps clarify my policy. Please ask questions
My Philosophy
I try to bring buyers the most unusual, hard to find items I can. I also try to offer items in only the best condition. Sure, you might find similar items on eBay for less, but will they be of the same guaranteed quality? I guarantee everything I sell to work unless otherwise noted. As many will tell you, if I feel you have overbid one of my items or if I feel I may have priced the item too high, I will give you a refund. Sometimes I will send you a similar free item. If you send me too much for shipping, I will give you a refund. I want everyone to feel they are receiving special treatment. In my eyes, everyone is special and deserves only the best. In this cyberbusiness world all I have is my reputation and honesty. I will go out of my way to make you happy. That is why I'm here, to pass on things I have enjoyed and let you receive that same enjoyment.
Item Condition
I describe items to the best of my ability. But to be honest, I do try to concentrate on the good points of the item. With so many items to keep track of and so few working brain cells left, occasionally, I will miss something, a scratch, a ding perhaps, I am only human. Sometimes I see the item in a different light and realize I have missed listing flaws. I will make retribution if I agree the item was misrepresented. I refer to very few items as mint or perfect, excellent condition means near-mint with few flaws, good means the piece has flaws but are not distracting, fair means the piece is scratched or dented, poor means heavy scratching and deforming dents. I will rarely sell an item that is mint, and I rarely sell items that are in poor condition. A ding can only be seen from an angle. A dent can be seen easily. A scratch goes through the finish to the metal. A scuff does not penetrate the finish. Always ask before buying. I don't mind answering your questions. Have fun!
