I'm a bilingual business woman that has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and have taken a number of business/banking/management classes through UCLA Extension; I also have a HR Mgmt. Certification from CSUN. I am a long time banker,who worked in different positions through my banking career, well organized individual that enjoys meeting and assisting people :-)

I only deal with payments made through PayPal; the safest and fastest way to do business with anyone via internet.
Shipping information
I will only use our good and reliable postal service and required insurance on all items, regardless of the value. This is to ensure every one's items are safely delivered.
Return policy
I accept returns as long as I am notified via email with a valid reason for it and within 3 calendar days from the date the item was received. There will be NO refund on the amount of the original shipping and the item needs to be returned with proper insurance. However, there could be times when items will NOT be returnable and that would be clearly noted.
