I've been circumnavigating this star we call the sun for a while now. Some voyages good, some not, all valuable. I'm a Geologist, Dad, Viet Nam vet, Eagle Scout, vestigial hippie, wanderer. 30+ years with a tolerant woman. Love my kid more than air.

I'm a hopeless packrat.I've amassed a collection of shiney things in my nest: toys, bottles, military items, coins, fossils, knives, records, Boy Scout stuff, magazines, all grades of stuff.

Lately I decided I just have too much stuff. I'm essentially trading some treasures for ones that I enjoy most: knives, coins, maybe Zippos, unique wooden boxes and others that cannot predicted, just stuff i find, and like.

Pause . . . almost anything. Some junk, some not, mostly knives, coins, zippos. Even cats, I have seven of the little beasts.

Rock and Roll, Blues, blues based rock. Guitar players. Mostly sixties rock, but not exclusively. Derek & the Dominoes is the best rock & roll band there ever will be. Original Allman Brothers a very close second. Beatles, Stones & Dylan walk on water; throw in: Yardbirds, Traffic, Zeppelin, Who, Lynyrd Skynyrd. Love The Blues: vintage (Robert Johnson, Elmore James, Sonny Boy Williamson) & contemporary (Buddy Guy, R.L Burnside, Derek Trucks, Joanna Connor).

College football, The Daily Show, maybe some of the CSI kinda shows, sometimes Survivor.

I grew up in rural South Carolina. I'm a graduate of The University of South Carolina in Columbia. I'm a Professional Geologist, have been for 30+ years, but I have been at various times: a lifeguard, had various factory jobs, was a surveyor for a while, was unemployed for longer than I liked once, and I served four years in the military (served in the U.S., Taiwan, Viet Nam, Germany, Alaska and various Pacific Islands). But mostly I'm a Geologist. Lived in several places: most of the major cities in South Carolina (if ya wanna call 'em cities); San Bernardino, Calif.; Anchorage, Alaska; Olathe, Kansas (just outside Kansas City); Savannah, Georgia; New Orleans, Louisiana; and currently Raleigh, North Carolina.

Only ship to US addresses. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a professional eBayer. Just a guy selling some stuff and buying some stuff. I've got a job that takes me into the field sometimes for days at a time. Post office is closed when I leave and closed when I return. I know I could probably coordinate all that better, but for the little I sell it's hardly worth the effort. I usually ship stuff within 2-3 days. But it may creep past that on occasion (I'll try to e-amil ya). Sometimes it'll be sooner. I default to USPS; sometimes Priority Mail. Unless it's some unusual item or we choose something different. So seems like shipping is pretty much variable, predominantly USPS. If ya want anything different let me know before you bid.

Within reason, I'll take most items back that are in the same condition that I sent it out in. I want the buyer to walk away feeling pleased not pissed.
