I have been in business for my self for 5 years. I mainly did local business and this year I gave ebay a try. Now ebay is all I mainly do (I have some local businesses I still do a lot of work for) There are so many people selling and repairing computers I just focus on the BGA motherboard repair now.
Payment policy
I accept Paypal as well as check or money order sent in with the laptop.
Shipping information
I tried to use UPS but they are EXTREMELY hard on their packages so due to too many claims I had to file I now use USPS and have not had 1 single package damaged. I send everything Priority 2-3 day
Return policy
I do what I have to do to keep a loyal customer. If I repair yours and it has a problem I will do the repair again if I can not fix it I will give you another laptop with same or better specs than yours or I will refund you. I will always take care of the customer.

I check emails about every 15 min I even set my alarm to go off every 3 hrs through out the night so I can check tem and give fast anwsers. If you do not hear from me within a hour I must be EXTREMELY sick I really do reply to emails almost instantly (keeps me in the dog house with my wife beacuse I check it constantly even when out and about with the family.
