Payment policy
Paypal is our prefered method of payment. We require payment within 7 days from the time the auction ends. The only exception to this rule will be if you plan on winning additional items, in which case you will need to notify us. Delinquent buyers will not be tolerated.
Shipping information
We offer combined shipping!!! U.S. residents its 5.95 for the first item and 2.00 for items 2-5 for a total of 13.95 for 5 items. Only 5 items per invoice. International shipping starts at 12.95 and increases with weight and size.(for European countries and Israel, we strongly suggest express shipping which is a minimum of 24.95. only express mail receives tracking numbers and without tracking we cannot verify if your order was delivered. we do not refund or reship items that cannot be verified. Sorry for this inconvenience.)
Return policy
You have 2 days after receiving your package to inform us of any complaints. We do refund or trades on items you do not find up to your standards. We dont have many of These problems but customers do come first and we are happy to correct any slip ups when they do occur.
