i post items within 48hrs, usualy within 24 hrs of cleared payment. i do NOT make a fortune out of p+p costs, as there is the time taken to pack goods, travel to post office, and parking charges to consider. i do recycle packaging as much as i can. i believe my p+p charges are very reasonable.

i do accept returns (unless stated on listing) if the product is faulty. if you beleive there is any other valid reason for return, YOU MUST EMAIL BEFORE i will accept. full refunds are given for returns (not your return post costs) providing they are dispatched within 7 days of receipt and i receive in the condition i sent them in.
