I actually recently had one seller tell me her handling cost included HER Ebay and Paypal fees, HER internet access costs! Her time spent on her printer!!!! That takes nerve! I did leave her appropriate feedback.

I am just a hobbyist, collector and am in no way a doll expert although my knowledge of my collectibles is extensive at this point in life, I do not presume to be infallible and please appreciate that when looking at my auctions. I try to keep this fun, as Ebay is a lot of fun for me. I grew up and still live here in Southern California and enjoy networking with other local collectors.

I prefer Paypal, and will now take only Paypal from buyers. All items require payment by 72 hours auction end. Winner will not be able to purchase item if not paid by 72 hours auction end and dispute process will be opened on ALL non paying winners on the 4th day, regardless if a late payment was made. This is now necessary as I recently had a bad experience with a non paying winner who I did not open a dispute on. All payments made after the 72 hours auction end will be refunded as that is beyond my terms of payment. Sorry for the rules but have averaged 1 to 2 non paying winners per week here on Ebay and I will protect my account. You will also be placed on my do not bid list and your Ebay name shared on the seller blog with other sellers to prevent this from happening to them. So do not bid if you cannot meet these terms. In an emergency situation where you cannot pay, it is best to contact me and let me know what is going on.

As a long time buyer, I prefer the most economical shipping method. As far as selling, I ONLY charge ACTUAL shipping, never a handling fee. I offer at least 2 shipping methods per item, domestic and international. I ship worldwide. I ship domestic almost daily, international 3 times per week. Usually your item will go out within 24 hours (next day) but could be 48 depending on when item is paid or timing of auction end. Items won on Friday and paid in afternoon, may not go out until Monday. I strive to maintain ebays high standards for detailed seller ratings and exceed buyers expectations on shipping costs, times and the care fullness of packing items to be shipped. As I offer the most economical shipping methods, it takes a bit longer to receive your item when you choose that form of shipping. PLEASE do not take this out on my Detailed Seller Rating as I work very hard to keep it up there. Please contact me immediately if your item has not arrived yet.

New policy effective 9/2009, I now accept returns within 3 days of buyer receipt of item. I do not tolerate partial refund scammers. Only full refunds will be given including original shipping costs, Buyer pays return shipping cost per ebay and paypal policy, expecting anymore is selfish. Please read return policy details as they are pretty specific. I reserve the right to offer a partial refund to honest buyers when I deem it appropriate, but regardless, full refund will be given if wished by buyer. Return policy is meant for a gross misrepresentation or gross flaw not pictured or described. Will not be given for buyers remorse or item is not the same color as in pictures type of refund. I prefer to be contacted within the ebay system and will not respond to personal emails. I am on Ebay on and off all day and check my messages frequently, I am behind the rest of the country in time as I am on the west coast, so your 8 AM may be 5 AM for me.

I have little tolerance for bidders who win and do not meet the payment terms of auction. Please remember that when you place your bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract. I have been advised by Ebay to open dispute on all non paying winners, you will also be placed on my do not bid list this includes late payments. As an added measure, your Ebay name will be shared with other sellers and placed on the sellers blog in an attempt to minimize this costly and time consuming lack of etiquette.
