Business InformationPayment policy
I prefer PayPal, as does eBay.
Shipping information
One to two business days after payment clears, off your package goes. I'll e-mail you the day it's sent. I recycle packaging from a variety of sources; the box will be safe for your item, postal service worthy, and very clean on the inside. The padding and packaging material inside will be clean and not smelly. If, for any reason, you are uncomfortable with used packaging and would prefer a new box, mailer, and/or stuffing, just let me know in the special instructions of your Paypal payment. Also, if the item is a gift for somebody, I'll be happy to giftwrap it for FREE and send it to whatever address you specify, leaving out the invoice information and even adding a typed or handwritten note of whatever you want to say (of reasonable length, please). If you want a hard copy of your transaction info mailed to you separately, let me know.
Return policy
Return policy depends on the item and will always be clearly detailed in the description for you. Even if I specify No Return, it's not so bad; chances of dissatisfaction are remote (see Dissatisfaction Policy below). I describe items fully and accurately, and don't sell random junk. Junk goes in the trash, not eBay. Used but usable and still nice items go to Goodwill, in the condition I would buy from Goodwill if I was shopping for them. Those items that I think deserve a wider audience go on eBay. I am not a full-time seller and have no brick-and-mortar business. Once something is out of my home, I'd rather it stay that way. If, for nobody's fault, you find you no longer want something when you have it, the options of donation, re-gifting or re-selling on eBay are open to everyone.
Contact information
Contact me through eBay, or Niyse@yahoo.com - I will check even my Spam category to make sure I get your e-mails. You are welcome to contact me about any of my listings. I will try to answer your questions to your satisfaction.
Feedback
As both a buyer and seller, I treasure good feedback. When I buy, generally within a week of me getting the item you'll get positive feedback if everything's ducky, or an e-mail first if it isn't. I don't give negative or even neutral feedback rashly. When I sell, as far as I'm concerned, your payment is all that is expected of you, and when that goes through, you are an awesome buyer to me and I will give you pleasant feedback. I won't hold your feedback hostage until you leave some for me. I love to get your feedback, but I realize it is an OPTION for you as the buyer. Me, as the seller, I have the obligation to provide you with an accurately-described item, carefully packed, and shipped without exhorbitant charges and within the stated amount of time. Should I fail utterly in providing any of those things, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. You deserve to have a happy transaction, and I want the opportunity to make it right for you.
Dissatisfaction Policy
As implied above in the Return Policy section, I anticipate the odds of buyer dissatisfaction to be low. You shop for an item because you want it, and if you find I'm selling it, you will also find that it is fully and accurately described and pictured, and all of your e-mailed questions will be answered to the best of my knowledge. You know your dimensions, the colors you like, the condition you accept, whether you want machine wash or dry clean only, etc. If, after you find the item you want in my listings, are satisfied enough with the picture and description to buy it, then find that it's not flattering on you (if it's clothing) or change your mind, that is not something to fault a seller for. HOWEVER if you find the item was carelessly packed, or that I did not mention an unacceptable flaw, I will make arrangements to satisfy you as soon as you e-mail me to let me know there is a problem. It's so much nicer to have things settled acceptably.
