I am a full time single mom of 4 boys, 7 yrs, 6 yrs, and 4 yr old twins. I also run a small horse and hay farm. I have attended college for a degree in veterinary medicine.

I have recently acquired another horse.He is just a baby(yearling coming 2 yr old).An elderly lady with declining health had him and another horse and could no longer care for them.She tried many ways of advertisement to find them a home.I heard through the grapevine that she had to find them a home or a trader would be picking them up.I spoke to the lady and offered a good home for them.Sadly, she had one of them picked up that morning on the day I stopped.The traders could not get the other little fella loaded into the trailer,needless to say, he knew where he was off to.I was able to rescue him.He loaded fine into a trailer that didnt reak of harm.My main point being is take care of your animals and make sure animals around you are in good situations.They cant speak and need someone to be on the lookout for them all the time.His name is George.He is really coming around to us and just needed to be given a chance.A little bit of kindness goes a long way.Just offer.She was grateful:o)
