I value my customers and take their hard earned money seriously! I give excellent customer service. I respond to emails from 9:30 am to midnight central time within at least 5 hours; weekend response times will vary since family is very important to me and I spend more time with my family on the weekends. I mail out merchandise at least within 24 hours (excluding Sat and Sun) of receipt of payment!
