Celibate1 must be a state employee! Between the unrealistic reserve prices and the excruciatingly high shipping costs, this must be an attempt to balance the state budget on a few auction sales. Try touching base with reality once in a while and do the right thing.

Bravo! As a lifelong resident of the State of Illinois it is good to see someone in office using their head in making use of an existing venue to accomplish their mandated task. (As opposed to spending wildly to create a new venue that would naturally be far more limited.) Whomever thought this up at the IL Treasures office deserves a nice raise or bonus.
