Shipping information
Our new items are shipped directly from the warehouse by UPS or DHL ground. Our items that are shipped from our home office normally ship via USPS Priority.
Return policy
New items must have Return Authorization Form. To receive a form we must be contacted with in three days or receiving the item. We only offer exchange for the item. On our vintage, antique, or gently used items we do not offer returns unless we made a mistake in listing item details. It is the buyers resposibility to pay for return shipping!

I would just like to say that really there was no way of making this customer happy. As for him calling me a liar, why would he have paid return shipping if I did not he him a refund? The one thing I am not impressed with is the feedback rules. I believe that the negitive feedback should be both ways. If you can give a seller neg feedback than the seller should be able to do the same. Anyways in every listing I have it clearly states that the buyer is resposible for return shipping. With in 5 minutes of receiving this item back I issued refund. Thank you
