I only accept Paypal for my auctions, there will be no exceptions unless it is a local pick up item where you may use a Visa or Master card. If and only if it is a local pick up you may use a money order, however the funds will need to be cleared at the local bank before the item will be released.

I will only ship within the United States, unless the auction listing describes other accepted shipping terms. If I do allow shipping outside of the United States, the buyer will be FULLY responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and ANY other fees associated with shipping an item outside of the US. This policy will not be negotiable, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for ALL extra fees when receiving an item into their country. The buyer must be Fully aware that customs do and will hold an item for any appropriate time period, therefore (I) the seller will not be held responsible for such situations. I do not have any control over how other countries handle their shipping and customs policies. Under NO circumstances will I declare any item as a gift or give any FALSE information on a Customs form, this is illegal and I will report any buyer asking such requests. Paypal will be the only form of payment accepted in this rare situation. THESE TERMS ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.

I will accept returns within 30 days, however the buyer does not reserve the right to return the item just because they do not want it anymore, or they changed their mind. The item must be defective, or broken, then returned for verification before any refund shall be issued. I record every model number as well as EVERY serial number on EVERY item. So please do not think of purchasing an item from me and then returning your exact broken item thinking this will go without notice. Any buyer who tries to perform an illegal act such as this will be reported to the authorities.
