Payment must be received within 3 days of close of auction. If payment is not received within this time frame the item will be re-listed. We only accept Paypal... Please allow up to 72 hours for internet bank deposits to show in our account. Paypal may also take up to 10 days to clear, depending upon the payment type you select with them and the status of your account. We will send an e-mail confirming when we have received your payment. If you purchase this item from California you will be charged Tax. All other states will not be charged tax. Residents of VA Must pay a sales tax of 5%.

Communication is everything. I expect you to communicate with me via email within 2 days after the auction ends and let me know how you plan to pay if you haven't already made payment. The day I receive payment in my account. I will ship in less that 24 hours. I allow you to choose what shipping method you would prefer - either media (for books only), parcel post or priority. Delivery confirmation is included for FREE. I only charge $2.00 for handling fee. I LOVE to combine auctions to reduce your shipping costs on any of my auction items purchased within 3 days of each other, however please make ONLY ONE payment for all combined items & ALERT me that this is your wish. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will be extra, so please ask before bidding. International buyers are welcome to email me for shipping rates. eBay does not always figure international shipping quotes correctly.

We can't provide a refund on our charity auctions because 90% or 50% of the profit goes to charity all sales are final, however I do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, let me know and I will do my best satisfy your purchase, with an credit or exchange for something of the same value or gift, depending on the circumstance. Please contact us with in 3 days of sale. We are happy for you to purchase items for up to a 3 day period to qualify for our combined postage discounts/offers. For combined postage please do not pay until all bidding has finished, we will then send you a combined invoice with the adjusted postage amount for you to pay on. If you are not happy with your item, we will provide you a credit due to that a high percentage of the profit goes to charity auctioned items, if contact has been made within 7 days of receipt of item. We can't provide a refund only on charity auctions because 90% or 50% goes to charity on most auctions. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items, however, we do not refund the original postage amount or cover the cost of return postage if you change your mind.
