I often stay in Scotland, and I specialize in small Scottish antiques and vintage collectibles - books, baubles, linens, woodenware, copper, antique items made of cattle horn and bone from the Highlands. I am also a seller's assistant for local antiques dealers who have no time or expertise in on-line trading, so you will often find anomalous, yet interesting items on my list such as high end art, silver, china, books. I always appreciate any information you can give me about the items I sell. I know a great deal about some things, and virtually nothing about others. My ignorance is vast and, apparently, illimitable. I appreciate your help in making my descriptions accurate.

The Rook and the Raven uses USPS and charges only the actual postage and insurance. We have no bogus handling or packaging fees. We usually ship the same day that payment is received.

I have had only three returns in over 2800 transactions. If you find my description faulty, send the item back. I am a reasonable person, but please don't send something back back just because you've changed your mind or you don't like it. We refund only the price you paid - not the postage, unless we have made a real mistake.
