I've been doing this for about 5 months now. I'm learning as both a buyer & a seller! My biggest mistakes as a seller have been with shipping. I've lost tons of money on it. Please read the SHIPPING section so we are both clear on my policies. I try to be very honest and only sell items in good to excellent (or new) condition. Please read my feedback!
Payment policy
paypal - I know this is hard for some people & I'm sorry. I guess there is no fail proof payment system when you're dealign with long distances. If you were my neighbor we'd shake hands and exchange cash. Not so easy over the internet. I wish I could take more forms of payment, but I got burned really badly with a money order scam a few months ago. Please accept my apologies; I don't mean to offend your integrity with this policy. Right now it's the best system I've found. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Shipping information
NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US unless you email me first, please! I have no experience with customs, etc. I just know it adds A LOT to the shipping costs! The shipping calculator doesn't account for the cost of packing materials or delivery confirmation. As of 11/15/09 I will be adding a 50 cent handling fee to all orders to cover these costs. The envelopes cost about 50 cents each & delivery confirmation is normally 19 cents so I'm not gouging you, honestly!! I still lose money on shipping.
Return policy
I will take returns. I will refund the PURCHASE price (not shipping) Buyer pays return shipping. If there is a problem and you feel you were mislead in some manner I'll do my best to work things out. Please email me and let me know what went wrong so we can work together to fix any problems that arise. I truly try to be very honest - I've even REFUNDED shipping costs without being asked when I accidentally miscalculated.
