General Information: Wenaas USA is a global supplier and distributor of work wear and personal protective clothing including coveralls, shirts, pants, boots, eyewear, gloves and related to the oil, gas, mining and heavy construction industries. We also distribute consumer goods as part of an incentive program we operate for many clients. Our business activities result in sometimes large and many times smaller lots of new, current products that become excess to our various customer programs. In some cases, lots will contain or consist of logo'd merchandise no longer carried in a customer program. Those lots will be identified and priced accordingly. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday to answer your questions.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS for your purchases. For large lots, other arrangements can be made. Shipments to locations in Texas will charged the applicable state and local sales taxes unless a valid tax exempt form is provided.
Shipping information
All shipments are FOB our distribution center. Shipping is from our Houston, Texas distribution facilty by FedEx or LTL carrier of your choice. With FedEx shipments, we will quote your charges to you in advance of shipment and then prepay and add the charges to your invoice. You may prefer your shipment to go LTL (less than truckload) and can specifiy the carrier you want to use. LTL shipments are collect to your location.
Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are not as described. All returns must have a return authorization. In most cases, our Customer Service Team will issue a FedEx Call Tag to pick up the items. All personal protective clothing and footwear in warranteed to be in new condition as received from the factory. We do not sell seconds or returns unless the lot has been so identified. There are no warrantees on the clothing and personal protective items sold. On the consumer items, the manufacturer warranty would apply.
