We have a walk-in store and web site as well as selling on eBay and our web site. We are located in Pittsboro, NC - a small, friendly(picture Mayberry)community, 30 miles west of Raleigh (15 mi east of Siler City.)

Shelf Gratification is in its third year of full operation with a walk-in store. The horse operation - Maverick Ranch - has been keeping us busy since 1965, and I've been in the dog business all my life.

Payment policy
We love PayPal - it's quick, clean, and simple.

Shipping information
For mail orders received before 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday, we usually ship the same day the transaction is paid,the exceptions being weekends and other Postal Holidays; and transactions paid in non-US currencies. Those items will be shipped as soon as the transaction is cleared, or as soon as the Post Office is re-opened.

Return policy
We take great pride in our customer satisfaction rating, and will work with buyers any way we can to make sure they are completely satisfied in their experience with us. If a buyer is so dissatisfied as to want to return merchandise, we ask that you email us first or call us at (919) 542-9946 so that we can try to resolve the situation another way. We will take returns, however, we do charge a 15% re-stocking fee. Refund of the remainder of the original transaction amount (minus 15%)will generally be made with-in 3 business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
