There are no other fees whatsoever, no materials, boxes, or handling. The most economical way of shipping is with KRAFT BUBBLE ENVELOPE. In some cases the items are sent unwrapped (in other words, without decorative tissue paper). It keeps costs down!!! If an item is miscalculated and you were overcharged, then a refund will be made: a dollar or less is cash in package and over a dollar is via PayPal refund. The clothing I sell is almost exclusively NEW WITH RETAIL TAGS or NEW WITHOUT RETAIL TAGS. Items ordered through a catalog service do not always have attached retail tags, because they arrive with a sales slip only. The item description will state whether or not a retail tag is still attached. At those times I sell USED clothing the description will state pre-owned and include the condition. Any and all used clothing has been laundered or dry cleaned prior to being listed, therefore meets eBay's policy requiring the cleaning of used clothing before shipping to buyer.
